As Lead Industrial Designer for the Dash Cart, I spearheaded its design and development, growing the design and engineering team from twelve to over eighty. I managed cross-functional collaboration across research, engineering, and hardware teams. My oversight included 2D conceptualization, leadership reviews, 3D modeling, prototyping, and validation, driving the project from inception to successful launch.
